Leonid Mironovich, flute

Leonid Mironovich has graduated from the Moscow Conservatory of Music. He has won several prestigious competitions in Russia and with it the opportunity to become principal flute of the Moscow Radio Symphony Orchestra and the Moscow State Symphony Orchestra. He has made several recordings with such artists as Sviatoslav Richter, Emil Gilels, David Oistrach, Rudolf Barshai, and Gennady Rozhdestvensky.

Leonid Mironovich appears in concert regularly with his wife Eugenia who is a graduate of the Gnessin Institute of Music in Moscow.
