Irina Lande, piano

Irina Lande is a graduate of the St. Petersburg Conservatory of Music in Russia. Her early performing career was spent appearing in many concert halls of St. Petersburg and touring Russia.

Upon her arrival to the United States, Ms. Lande became a scholarship student at the Peabody Institute of Johns Hopkins University. In 1992 she has joined the piano faculty as a full-time member.

Ms. Lande has established a flourishing performing career that has taken her on tour to several European countries including Italy and England. She performs extensively as a soloist and a member of various chamber groups in Baltimore, Washington, New York, Boston, and Philadelphia. In 1997, she was invited to perform at the New York Times "Music Under the Trees" Young Performers Series.
