Dmitry Yablonsky, cello

Russian-born cellist and conductor Dmitry Yablonsky studied at The Juilliard School of Music, the Curtis Institute, and subsequently graduated from Yale University. His teachers were Stefan Kalianov, Isaac Buravsky, Aldo Parisot, Zara Nelsova, and conductor Yuri Simonov. When he was 16 years old Dmitry Yablonsky was the youngest participant at the Marlboro Festival of Music in Vermont.

Mr. Yablonsky has performed in recital in many European countries, Japan, Korea, Taiwan and South Africa. He has performed as soloist with such conductors as Dmitry Kitaenko, Janos Furst, Franz Paul Decker, Vladimir Fedoseev and others.
